Quick Review of GothicFest

I wasn't able to attend Saturday's GothicFest, only Friday's GothicFest.
I had a good time on Friday. And unfortunately, I wasn't able to stay all night on Friday & even missed Peter Propaganda's DJ set. Goth Paul's set was pretty good. Makes Me smile, when I hear bands such as Xmal Deutchland, Virgin Prunes, Christian Death, Sex Gang Children. Good job!

Being a little sick & tired = BED TIME !!

The Interior of Excalibur's (where the fest was held) was TOTALLY TRANSFORMED. Looked like a huge haunted house. Vendors were pretty neat. Our BondagenightChicago.Com and GothicArtChicago.Com booth rocked! It was great seeing some individuals who I haven't seen in a few years, and always nice meeting new peeps. Only band I was able to see was Medavon from Milwaukee. I really like em', although I'm not too big on the whole Metal/Goth musica.

Little about haunted Excalibur's :

(Excalibur's Ghost ::: John Lalime lived more or less peacefully many years on a section of land on the banks of the chicago river. Near where Ft. Dearborn would be built. Kinzie (see above) came and disputed Lalime's land claim and had Lalime murdered. Lalime's ghost is sometimes said to be responsible for haunting the Excalibur and it's bar the Dome Room. Lalime's remains were stashed at the site of the Excalibur for may years before it was the Excalibur when it was the site of the historical society. A bluish form is sometimes seen moving up and down the stairs and poultergeist phenomena are sometimes reported. A lawyer also commited suicide on the site. It is said that his spirit may be haunting the place. The site is sometimes mistakenly linked to ghost of the eastland disaster. It is located at 632 North Dearborn.)

- WOW, it's the 1st of the Month... which means that Halloween is RIGHT AROUND THE CORNER. Hip Hip HORRAY! What to be for this Halloween? Hmm. Something Different & Something Unique = A MUST !

- Rent is due. Lovely, just lovely. It's raining & looking miserable out. I have an urge to shop again (grr).

- Missing the Skin Two Rubber Ball again, held in London (1x a Year, around this time). How do I feel? Sad about it. But you know what? I don't feel like blowing so much fucking money in London.

- Selling some of My DVD's. Check it out: My Store.

- I had a client see Me yesterday. he hasn't served anybody in over 3 yrs. When he arrived, I can tell he was nervous. This dude had his hands in his pockets, for the first 5minutes he was @ the Studio. I actually got NERVOUS. I was thinking, 'Does he have a gun or a knife in his pockets?' I haven't got nervous with a client like that in Years. It's just My paranoia, but STILL.... what if he DID have something in his pocket? I have enough 'things' I can use to protect Myself (Will not say what).

- Last dream I had was that My friend was pregnant & about to give birth. But in the delivery room, I was the one giving birth & laying on the delivery table. WIERD! Here I go again, with talking about babies....I've been thinking about having a kid soon, but know that I'm not ready for it... nor am I financially stable for it. As a fact, that's one of My all-time fears.... to give birth. Am I going to have it naturally, or will they cut Me open? If they cut Me open, they will have to give Me an Epidural Anesthesia. God forbid, If I see that needle & feel it, I'd pass out beforehand. *shivers* Why am I talking about this? I spoke with someone on Saturday. Her name is anonymous. She stated she is 31yrs. old & that she has 6 Children. Not 2, but 6. I asked her, "How do ya do it"? She states, "LOTSA SEX, BABY!". Well, DUH! But I remember telling her, "You Crazy"! Then I felt somewhat BAD for telling her that...and apologized. She's one brave cookie, but it's really a blessing to just have so many kids @ such a young age (that she is).

- I might have to give My cat up soon. She has ALL the symptoms that she's suffering. Diarrhea every single day, Vomiting (3-4x's a week), Loneliness, Non-stop Crying (can be hard to sleep @ times), Eating ALOT (not a proper diet), Thin as FUCK, etc. I am actually considering giving her to a Non-Kill Shelter. But why? So she can suffer more? They have all the expensive & proper meds for My Althia. Poor baby.

Current Thoughts of the day - absolutely miserable

My BF seen one of My DVD's yesterday, laying by My PC. He decided to put it on (while I wasn't home). The DVD title is 'Fist that Slut'. Yes, he knows I've fisted in the past & what not. So after he watches the DVD, he contacts Me. Of course, I could sense in the tone of his voice that something is wrong. "What's Wrong", I say. "Nothing @ all", he states. Then I get home & I'm being called "Disgusting" for doing what I've done in the film?

I don't need that shit. I'm not disgusting. Fisting isn't disgusting (in My book). So we get into a big argument match, about how 'disgusting I am'. Enough about fisting, let Me ask this..

Do you call this Jealousy....

When your man/woman is extremely upset because you 'touch' other people?
When your man/woman has video-shoots with others, and is bothered by it?

I think he's jealous, and states that 'I'm not safe'.

I am good @ what I do. I've worked hard to be where I'm @ today. I am happy with My line of work (and get paid very well). I will not change for anybody. Then he states, "Why don't we just break-up, since you are happy with what I do & I'm not?" Then he tells Me that he isn't forcing Me to quit... and gives Me the guilt trip (a quote like, "Oh, I won't marry a Dominatrix!").

he makes it sound as if I will be doing this forever (which I'm not). Of course I want to be with this man.... this man who makes Me happy. This man who listens to Me. This man who has a good heart. But why should I be with him, if he doesn't like what I do?

I've heard so many other cases where My FemDomme friends had to break-up with their boyfriends, because they didn't approve with what they do. Good for them. But I don't want to break up with this tough-cookie. We are right for each other.

Myself = Absolutely Confused. Emotionally Stressed. Headache Galore.

- Boiling outside, indeed. It's ONLY 90degrees.

- Had a bizarre dream.... I was a kid again. Dream took place in 1982, the year I was born. Everything around Me (in Chicago) was different. Everyone looked totally 80s (big hair, 80s attire, 80s music galore). Man, if there was a device to shoot you to your past & back to the present... somewhat reminds Me of 'Back to the Future'.

- Ok, why would someone get an IPOD NANO? The screen seems too small, first of all. And second of all, it's $200. That money can be spent on bills, not on some tiny device. What is Apple going to invent next ? A vibrating IPOD, just for your clit ? Beats Me.

- PeeWee Herman is on HBO. My hero. horray ! Just kidding.

- Bears were blown away by the fricken Cowboys. Cubs tickets are already sold out. Yuppies are HOUNDS for them Cubbies. Fuck em'. Hope they LOSE !

- Marine work-outs are so much harder, yet so much better. But for the life of Me, I can't do Chin-Ups. *FUCK*

- SUPERBAD is absolutely HYSTERICAL. Go see it. Moral of the movie.... "Have to get LOTS of liquor to get into the chicky's pants" (that's My opinion).
